In honor of Nauryz Holiday, the "Village Of Craftsmen" was constructed at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The objectives of the celebration in the new format are to strengthen peace and harmony in Kazakhstan, increase awareness about common cultural and spiritual values, unite citizens and the formation of national consciousness.

The exhibition introduced works by masters of decorative and applied arts: potters, jewelers, artisans and weavers, as well as wood products, national instruments.

Teaching staff and students of the Kaskelen College of Culture held master classes on making dombra, kobyz, string-sticky instruments, cups for koumiss and coasters, reed blanket, embroidery and other household items.
