An exhibition of artists and photographers has been organized at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the festive program "New Kazakhstan: Values that Unite Society" dedicated to Nauryz.  

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in the article "Independence Above All" noted: "It is necessary to develop a concept for celebrating Nauryz and enrich the content of this wonderful holiday. The more consolidating values there are in our society, the stronger our unity will be." In pursuance of the President's instructions, in 2022, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a new concept for celebrating.

The exhibition, organized by the Press Service of KazNU on the initiative of the rector of the University Zhanseit Tuimebayev, reflected a new concept emphasizing the value of Nauryz and introduced the intellectual and creative potential of craftsmen, artists and photographers.

The exhibition presents the works of famous Kazakhstani craftsmen and artists: laureate of the State Prize, President of the Academy of Arts Amandos Akanaev, academician of the Academy of Arts Nellie Bube, Honored Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alpysbay Kazygulov, Akhmet Akhat, laureate of the State Youth Award "Daryn" Tokkozh Kozhagul, head of the project "Babalar Amanaty" Kanagat Kudekov.

The purpose of the exhibition is to explain to students the essence of Nauryz, the continuity of generations between the older generation and the youth, the promotion of the creativity of local artists.
