Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev arrived in Moscow on a working visit to participate in the XV Congress of the Eurasian Association of Universities.

On the first day, the head of the University as part of a delegation headed by Kuanysh Yergaliev, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan met with Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. At the meeting, the parties discussed current trends in the development of education and science.

Then Zhanseit Tuimebayev met and exchanged views with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation Ermek Kosherbayev.

The rector will also take part in the meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Association of Universities and the opening of the XV Congress, where he will share the achievements of the KazNU. It is also planned to sign cooperation agreements during the event.
